Fashionable hotel with courteous staff at the reception desk. Fab location in a lovely area very close to bars as well as London attractions. About 15 minutes walk from an iconic riverside observation wheel.
A little bit small room.

Stunning and awesome position, we liked staying here.
Clean hotel in a lovely building close to all main attractions, OXO tower. New-fashioned room, neat, with a terrific view, such a nice touch and celebratory champagne. Easy check-in, parking on site.

Stylish and fairly clean place to stay in, it has welcoming staff at the reception desk. The location is spectacular, right on the Southbank. Southwark district certainly deserves to be visited.

fantastic riverside spot near iconic attractions and parks
The easy access to both St Paul's Cathedral and the Coca-Cola London Eye meant I could explore a ton of amazing landmarks with just a short stroll. The only slight downside was that breakfast was a bit average, but overall my experience was fantastic.

The views from the upper floors are fine, especially overlooking the Thames. The rooftop bar offers a unique atmosphere for enjoying cocktails with a great skyline backdrop.
The experience comes with some hidden costs. They added an optional service charge to our bill without consent, which left a sour taste. The spa, while spacious, lacks complimentary offerings beyond the steam rooms, which feels limiting given its size. The room was rather compact for the price.

The location right on the river offers fine views and a vibrant atmosphere. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, complete with a luxurious walk-in shower. Breakfast was a highlight, with good grilled dishes and really good service. While the absence of bathrobes in the room was disappointing, the overall cleanliness and cute staff were nice.

I loved indulging in a soothing massage and checking out the steam room for a bit of relaxation. Only minor hiccup was the slight wait to get our keys, but it didn't dampen the fun 🍹

Amazing hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic fitness center. I recall how the staff assisted me with an insect bite during my first stay. Highly recommended!

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! We explored the Imagine Children's Festival at the nearby Southbank Centre, checking out special shows like Tales of Acorn Wood and the fun One and Everything Family Trail. The location is great, with easy access to public transport and lovely views of the Thames. Our room was spacious and well-equipped.
We faced a bit of hassle trying to get room service since the phone wasn't working. It took a little extra effort to communicate our needs, which I didn't expect from a hotel of this standard.
